The public scoping comment period closed on May 13, 2013, Chamorro Standard Time (ChST). The United States Marine Corps, on behalf of the U.S. Pacific Command, would like to thank everyone who attended the public scoping meetings, met with our representatives, and provided comments. The next comment period will be after the Draft EIS/OEIS is published. All comments will be reviewed for consideration in the EIS/OEIS and as appropriate under the National Environmental Policy Act.
